Procedure
Grab a heat-safe bowl and add butter cut it into pieces so it melts quicker,
then add sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder and salt.
Rest the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure that the water does not
touch the bottom of the bowl.
Stir the mixture occasionally whiles the butter melts.
The mixture will look a little gritty don’t worry about this.
Once the butter is melted, take the bowl off the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Add the eggs.
Add them one at a time, stirring well after each one.
When the batter looks shiny, add the flour.
Stir the flour into the batter, then beat until the batter is shiny, well-mixed and thick about 50 strokes with a spoon.
Add the batter and spread it evenly in the pan.
Ahh, it looks so good!
Bake the brownies in a 325 degree oven until a toothpick comes out almost clean 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool the brownies, cut into squares, and enjoy!
You are going to love them!
