This is one of my favorite dishes, simple to make but also very delicious .
I start by cutting my chicken in cube, I add soya sauce and curry. I leave in the fridge for an hour, to have a very tender meat.
In a saucepan I put ginger and two cloves of garlic, and I add the chicken. after 10 minutes , i add coconut milk and curry. I leave them to cook 10 mn after I add red peppers and ognions.
I let cook 15mn.Fianlly , it is served with rice.

Yum yum i will try this, maybe tonight. Already have the chicken defrosted lol. I wonder how almond milk would be...
