beef soup
material
500 gr of cow mixed with fat
Beans, cut
Carrots, cut
The leaves of celery onion, roughly sliced
½ grain of onion, roughly sliced
Sugar
Salt
Water
Ground spices
5 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of pepper pepper
½ nutmeg
3 cm ginger
Way
Boil water, boil tetelan cattle for 5 minutes. Dispose of water, set aside
Boil the water again, enter the cow tetelan. Boil until tender, enter the vegetables
Stir frying spices and onions until fragrant. Enter it into the cow tetelan stew. Give sugar and salt. Cook until the vegetables are cooked. Turn off the fire, sprinkle red fried bwg. Serve

its interesting to see a beef soup with such light broth, when i think of beef soup i imagine a more thick dark color broth , i hope you make up for it with a strong taste to the broth, perhaps a punch of chilli peppers or even some ginger would make up for it but sadly i dont see any strong spice in the recipe. i think the beef pieces look a bit sad and pale in that soup.
overl all the dish looks okay but i wish there was some more spice and color to it because it looks like the beef is depressed
i give it a 4/10
