Full day of VEGAN eating - From breakfast to dinner

So I started with a vegan breakfast roll before going into our office in Wimbledon, London.

In this, I have Hashbrown on top, then mushrooms, roasted red peppers, avocado and tomato.

Next up I made a Falafel wrap:

In this, I have Felafels, Hummus, cucumber, tomato and fresh mint + parsley leaves.

Next I had lunch - went for a very British lunch today. And still fully vegan!

After lunch I had an evening snack:

In here I roasted green pepper, falafels, mango, hummus and sweet potato fries.

And for dinner I got:

And for dinner, I went to Nando's and got a vegan burger! Not bad but Nando's is certainly not vegan ready yet!
