The Best Green (Actually Pink) Smoothie Ever Created By Pure Luck!

When I looked in the fridge this morning, we had a little bit of everything left. Usually, these empty-the-fridge smoothies don't turn out a complete disaster but aren't the best ones either..... so not bothering to take any measurements, for once, I actually created the best smoothie ever!!!!

Though there are no strawberries in there it kinda looked and tasted a little like strawberries.... but even better!

Because the smoothie was a little bit of everything we had left I don't have any exact measures... but here are the ingredients anyway. Have fun experimenting with them ;-)

  • Pineapple
  • Dragon fruit or pitaya
  • Mango
  • Passion fruit
  • Papaya
  • Jackfruit
  • Arugula or rocket lettuce
  • Carrot
  • Raw red beet
  • Water
  • Unsweetened coconut milk

Topped with hemp hearts! Yum!

FYI: the beautiful flowers in the back are from our frangipani tree.

Beautiful colors of planet Erath! Thanks for your comment!

There was a load of killer fruits in that thing, wow. Nicely formulated @amy-goodrich.

Pure luck and we eat a lot of fruits! Especially during these months when they are in abundance!

Go with what's easy, abundant and healthy. Nothing wrong with that :)
