Same here! Although I would say I'm 99 percent plant-based since I only eat animal products on very rare occasions. I have been vitamin b12 deficient for more than 5 years and needed injections every month because my gut stopped taking it up. Going plant-based has restored my gut and no more injections for me :) It's such an important vitamin, not only for plant-based munchers. More fermentation experiments to come.
