3 Tbs lemon juice
3Tbs Olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 shellot finely chopped
1 chilli sliced
Salt and freshly grind peppers
3 ripe firm peaches cut in to wedges
2 avocados pitted and cut in wedges
1/2 cup fresh chopped mint to garnish
1/4 cup pistachio chopped
Steps
Whisk together lemon juice ,honey, olive oil, Chopped Shallots chills in a bowl Add salt pepper as your taste. Add wedges of peaches in to salad bowl let it set for 15 min to 1 hour
Just before serving add sliced avocados, chopped mint and toss to salad bowl with peaches. Garnish with pistachio and mint.
