This is the most basic recipe to have and taste on everyone's mind

Wash well and peel a number of red potatoes, whole and equal in size,

Flake in a deep baking pan olive oil, and in the first stage, arrange the chicken parts in the mold, with the skin down.

Roll the potatoes in the sauce in the bowl, where the chicken will be sown, and season with the spices. (If necessary, add coarse salt, paprika and olive oil and mix.

Arrange the potatoes in a mold, with all the meat and the potatoes in one layer.

Cut two medium-sized onions into octaves and sprinkle over the chicken,

Add about 1/2 cup of water to the bowl and wash all the spices and pour into the pan.

Put in the hot oven, when everything is golden, turn to the other side now with the skin up,

Continue baking until you get a beautiful golden / brown color and make you feel appetite

During baking, the mold should be removed from time to time, and the chicken and potatoes should be watered in a spoon,

If you see that the potatoes will not be prepared together with the chicken,

You can make grooves, cut into slices ( not to the end), and moisten with the sauce created in the mold

If you eat immediately, it's time to turn off a stove and remove the mold,

If you only want to submit an hour and a half in an hour and a half, for example, remove the mold, and in the meantime raise the temperature to 250 degrees,

Wet the chicken and potatoes well, put out an oven !!! And return the mold to the bottom of the oven, no cover of any kind is needed,

The chicken will continue to cook slowly and delicately, only from below, and its heat will be preserved until serving,

And the potatoes would absorb the flavors of the chicken and the sauce, soften and brown nicely.
