Hello family,
Here i am with my new dish and recipe , though we eat this usually , i have made some changes and made my own dish which is very tasty and healthy.
First Dish Name :- Nutrela Rice
As the name itself telling you what it is, so lets start with the recipe.
INGREDIANTS QUANTITY UNIT
Rice 500 GM
Cumin seeds 10 GM
Salt To Taste
Nutrela 10 GM METHOD
• Wash , drain and soak rice for two hours
• In heavy bottom Bowl heat Refined oil and crackle cumin add twice amount water as that of rice and bring to boil.
• Add rice and stir once.
• Add Nutrelas
• After a boil let it simmer till it is almost fully cooked.
• Cover it using a butter paper and continue cooking till it is fully done by giving dum.
• Serve hot

Second Dish Name :- Dal Panchratan
INGREDIANTS QUANTITY UNIT
Aahar Dal 20 Gm
Channa dal 20 Gm
Moong chilka dal 30 Gm
Tomatoes 100 Gm
Red Chilly Powder 15 Gm
Red malka dal 25 Gm
Salt To Taste
Moong masar dal 20 Gm
haldi 10 Gm
Jeera 5 Gm
Corriender powder 5 Gm
Oil 25 gm
Chopped Onion 60 Gm
Chopped garlic 30 Gm
Chopped green chilli &Corriender 10 gm
METHOD
• Wash, drain and soak all the five lentils overnight. Boil the lentils with salt till it is cooked.
• Put Oil in pan add cumin seeds when hot put chopped onions and garlic cook till brown.
• Add tomatoes and then add all the spice in it cook until the product leaves oil.
• Your CHOPPED MASALA is ready.
• Now add the boiled lentils in the chopped masala and cook it for a while till boil.
• Now cook it on slow fire.
• Adjust Seasonings and consistency
• Garnish with chopped corriender and julliene ginger
• Serve hot
