wanted to have something healthy and tasty this morning but not wanted to work hard.
Made - ColesLaw Sandwich
INGREDIANTS YOU NEED.
.Cabbage
.onion
.capcicum
.carrot
.bell pepper
.salt
.oil
.vinegar
.black pepper powder
.mayonnaise ( egg mixed or without egg , its your choice , i took egg one)
HOW TO MAKE COLESLAW SANDWICH.
- cut cabbage into very thin and long strips &
carrot , capcicum and bell pepper into small , tiny cubes (brunoise cut) &
onion should be well chopped.
[{ if you are taking 20 grams of cabbage then other vegetables should be 10 grams }] - put all the cut vegetables into a bowl & mix Salt and black pepper powder in it according to the taste and quantity of
vegetables. - mix 1 tablespoon refined oil and 1 table spoon of vinegar in it.
- now the very last and interesting part,
mix mayonnaise in it , again according to the quantity & mix it very well to give it a very smooth and little bit sticky textre.
when done with your mixing , and you are very hungry , you can eat this coleslaw dressing, it would be very tasty trust me.
or wanna make sandwich Then
- take 2 slices of break and cut the borders of both.
- put your coleslaw dressing on one bread slice and spread it properly
- now cover it with the 2nd bread slice and press it firmly.
- cut it into 2 triangular shape and serve it with tomato ketchup.
