glad I can back say Hello friend steemians all in the platform that we are proud this. and for tonight I want to share the dishes delicious as a side dish eat with Rice that is vegetables Sour Coconut.
vegetables sour coconut is cuisine from Aceh that have a sense of delicious and savory. whether the friend steemians has been ever tasted it? if not, must be in try friend sure you will be hooked with a sense of delicious contained in the dishes vegetable sour coconut this. Ingredients and how to make it is also very easy and simple really, whether the friend want to know how to make it? that is as follows;
Ingredients the Needed
- 500 grams of cassava leaves.
- 1/4 kg long beans.
- Salt to taste.
- 300 grams of coconut that have been in the grated.
- 5 leaves Orange rough-skinned the chopped smooth. - 15 Cayenne pepper.
- 3 cloves of onion.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 4 fruit bilimbi have been dried.
How to Cook
- cut cassava leaves and long beans according to your taste.
- after that Cook water to boil, then enter cassava leaves and long beans and Cook until vegetable padded, then lift and drain.
- ago puree cayenne pepper, red onion, garlic, bilimbi and Salt using mortar.
- then mix herbs that has been the mashed with coconut scar and leaves lime, then stir until all mixed average.
- after that mix vegetables that has been boiled earlier with a mixture of coconut and the stir back to mixed average.
- ago serve with White Rice warm.

Senangnya saya bisa kembali menyapa sahabat steemians semua di platform yang kita banggakan ini, dan untuk malam ini saya ingin berbagi menu masakan yang lezat sebagai lauk makan bersama nasi yaitu sayuran asam kelapa.
Sayuran asam kelapa merupakan masakan yang berasal dari Aceh yang memiliki rasa lezat dan gurih. Apakah sahabat steemians sudah pernah mencicipinya? Jika belum, harus di coba sahabat pasti anda akan ketagihan dengan rasa lezat yang terdapat dalam menu masakan sayur asam kelapa ini.
Bahan dan cara membuatnya juga sangat mudah dan sederhana banget, apakah sahabat mau tau cara membuatnya? Yaitu sebagai berikut;
Bahan Yang Dibutuhkan
- 500 gr daun singkong.
- 1/4 kg kacang panjang.
- garam secukupnya.
- 300 gr kelapa yang sudah di parut.
- 5 lembar daun jeruk purut yang dicincang halus.
- 15 buah cabe rawit.
- 3 siung bawang merah.
- 2 siung bawang putih.
- 4 buah asam sunti.
Cara Memasak
- potong sayur singkong dan kacang panjang sesuai selera anda, lalu cuci bersih.
- setelah itu masak air sampai mendidih, lalu masukkan daun singkong dan kacang panjang dan masak sampai sayuran empuk, lalu angkat dan tiriskan.
- lalu haluskan cabe rawit, bawang merah, bawang putih, asam sunti dan garam menggunakan cobek.
- lalu campurkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan bersama kelapa parut dan daun jeruk, lalu aduk sampai semuanya tercampur rata.
- setelah itu campurkan sayuran yang telah direbus tadi bersama campuran kelapa tersebut dan aduk kembali sampai tercampur rata.
- lalu hidangkan bersama nasi putih hangat.
