About Hygienic Food!!

Food is most important for our body. We have to eat hygienic food regularly to make our body fit & healthy.

Fruits & vegetables are great source of food.

There are many kinds of fruits available in our country. Such as apple, apricot, banana, cherry, clementine, date, elderberry, fig, grape, guava, honeydew melon, olive, orange, pear, pepper, quince, strawberry, tomato etc. are in fruits.

And asparagus, aubergine, beetroot, broccolli, carrot, courgette, iceberg lettuce, Jerusalem artichoke, leek, pumpkin, potato, turnip, vine leaf etc. are in vegetables.

These fruits & vegetables are really delicious.
By eating these fruits & vegetables we can hope to have a healthy & fresh body.

Sort:  

There are similar fruits in our country. But they put a spray on the orange and the apple. Something like wax so it can stay so fresh longer. But it loses all its naturalness.

Yeaah ..for the spray of on the orange & the apple it loses its naturalness. I think its not good for us & for our health

You can wash off that wax with Sodium Bicarbonate (Bread Soda) and water. Leaving the skin squeaky clean:)
