Muffin cake with Chocolate beans[椰蓉巧克力豆马芬]

Food ingredients:

Butter, sugar, coconut 78g 66g 20g, egg 60g, chocolate beans, roasted high amount of baking powder 1.5g, low gluten flour 120g, milk 70g

黄油78g、糖粉66g、椰蓉20g、全蛋液60g、耐烤巧克力豆适量、泡打粉1.5g、低筋面粉120g、牛奶70g

Production steps:

1, the butter after adding sugar using an electric mixer beat until pale, 2 times the size of the volume expansion.

 将黄油软化后加入糖粉使用电动搅拌器打至颜色发白,体积膨胀2倍大小。

 将蛋液调散分3次加入打发好的黄油里。每一次都要打发均匀了再加入下一次。 

3, the milk and sift flour into the butter mix well.

 将牛奶和过筛的面粉加入打发好的黄油里搅拌均匀。

 将椰蓉加入到面糊里搅拌均匀。 

 5、将制作好的面糊装入裱花袋里均匀挤入纸杯里,装至6-7分满。 

 6、将巧克力豆放入纸杯里。

7、烤箱提前预热,选择烘烤功能,上火160度,下火150度(根据不同品牌烤箱设定烘烤温度)

8、将蛋糕糊放入烤箱里烘烤约20-30分钟左右。

9、烘烤结束,取出凉透即可食用。
