I present this simple and easy recipe to make that can serve both breakfast and dinner, you should only have these ingredients at hand
Ingredients:
1/2 Kg wheat flour.
1 egg.
salt and sugar to taste.
250 Oz and Water.
steps to make flour:
1 - add the sugar and salt first and stir to mix them then open a gap between the flour to make a kind of volcano and dentre the hollow egg and water to start kneading
2 - Knead until you feel that the dough is well water you will notice that the dough does not stick to your fingers then you will know that it is ready.
3 - Stretch the dough with the rolling pin and leave it as thin as possible
Note. add flour where it is going to stretch so that it does not get stuck and on the roller so that it stretches easily.
4 - with a round mold cut the dough.
5 - separate on a plate until you get all those who want to make.
6 - add cheese and butter to the mashed potatoes. use 1 wheel to fill and 1 to seal.
7 - Use a fork to seal the 2 layers. and toss in a pan with hot oil and fried until golden brown.
Serve hot and accompany them with tartar sauce.
