I say carving is fun! We had our own version of "Chefs Challenge" at work and was able to do our own watermelon carving. I did placed 2nd and hoping to be 1st on our next one!!

The chief is so skillful. I doubt how many years he take to practise for the performances!
Hi kitcat! It really didn't take me that long to practice to do any of my carvings. I am actually an Artist major in Advertising. I always have passion for Arts and that led me to becoming a Chef and able to show the talent I have.
