Delicious! I just made some goat ribs last night. I went simple though. Marinade in a bottle of Italian dressing for two days. Grill on top of a pizza stone til sizzling and slightly charred on the fatty edges.

It's very similar to beef, I think. If you seasoned it, you would be hard pressed to tell the difference.
