With chlorophyll content, green smoothies are excellent for slimming. A cure followed for one week contributes to the detoxification of the body. I prepare them with spinach, celery and cabbage. Taste is not always good, but if you add pumpkin seeds, almonds or nuts, the taste will improve significantly. So if you want to lose weight healthy, give up the weight loss pills and eat foods rich in antioxidants. I tell you from my own experience.

however I'm not trying to lose any weight and I don't think my post could miss guide you in any way, as I did not mention anything about me being unhappy with my weight...
I like myself the way I am.
I eat healthy diet and exercise as well, plus my kids keep me very busy.
And no I DO NOT take any kind of weight loss pills.......
Like I mentioned this above, I drink this smoothie when I feel the lack of energy.... :)

Oh, please excuse me, now I understand what happened. It was a similar post about green smoothies and I accidentally wrote the comment to your post.
