Sea of deliciousness sounds great to me! I have just recently gotten into hot cakes and I must admit that they are truly great indulgences - you can't eat them standing up, you will get weak in the knees and eat them sitting down!

Awesome I'll see if I can try the recipe at home - I have most of the ingredients and you've done a great job of providing easy to follow, straightforward steps even for a novice cook like me! This could also be fun when camping! I have done pineapple upsidedown cake in a douche oven this would be good try the raspberries might stick more than the pineapple would.

YUmmy! Love Lava Cake. When you put the batter in the freezer, is it frozen all the way through or just enough to let the chocolate harden?
eheh yeah 2 hours it freezes just enough to melt in the middle :P
