I need to try making sorbet, I just got a Vitamix and still have not made any ice cream or sorbet in it. Looks beautiful and I bet it was delicious too. I might try to make some with Stevia, or just natural sugar. Was thinking strawberry with really ripe bananas should be able to sweeten it pretty good with out having to add sugar maybe. I should probably not be thinking about food too much, I am fasting for a couple of days with just juices.

Nice Food and delicious Recipe....the strawberry and lime recipe is very good for freshness.
