This looks great! I was salivating from just the ingrediants : puff pastry, Butter, custard. heavy/double cream, icing sugar, more sugar, walnuts, strawberries AND CHOCALATE too.
Do I even need instructions - just throw in a bowl and enjoy!

because there is a long version of the cake, where you make your own puff pastry and bake each layer separately which takes around 2-3 days to make!

I usually buy the pre-made puff pastry as time is a big concern, but this recipe is much easier than the ones I've tried before!
In the beginning you call for pre-made puff pastry but the instructions are for making your own...?
