Okay, I couldn't resist any longer, busy I'm trying this recipe out now....Just a quick one though, for some reason I don't see your a link to your video. In Step 1 how much of the 80 grams of sugar goes with the yeast? and how much of the sugar should i keep for step 2?

I've always wondered how they fill donuts. Now do commercial donut shops fill their donuts individually the same or do they have some kind of multi donut tool?
i think they have a tool, like a syringe :P

I used to love these and Boston Cream Donuts as a kid growing up. My God Mother used to own a Donut sho and would bring a Box of them every week to our house. 😋😋. They look amazing Alla. I always go nuts for donuts wooooo! I could totally see myself turning into Homer Simpson just watching this donuts dripping with strawberry jam - mmmmmm donuts slobbers
Strawberry jam is actually one of my favorite types of jam along with pineapple jam - definitely makes for a yummy, finger-licking delicious treat!
