Have u tried using bark instead of chocolate? Just curious because I was going to try so I don't have to temper the chocolate:)

Haha it's pretty much like those Wilton candy melts/fake chocolate lol it's just easier & comes in lots of colors so that's why I like it but chocolate definitely is better tasting :)

Ooooo chocolate.....I think covering any food in chocolate makes it so much better and increases the level of dopamine in your brain, making you feel so much happier! Well, maybe not every food (e.g. chocolate covered grasshoppers) - great point about coating chocolate on very dry strawberries as it definitely helps it stick much better. Let's just say I speak from personal experience ;)

I have made these for my partner before and they went down a treat. They were not quite as pretty as yours but i did manage to scoop out some strawberry from each one and pour chocolate inside to give them a chocolate center. YUMMY! thanks for the great post.

I love everything about this but I hate strawberries so maybe I could do the same thing but to with more chocolate inside yum

MMMMM I love those things. For a minute i thought i was looking at a picture from a company in the states called Sherries Berrys. They somehow find huge berries almost triple the size of a normal strawberry. But almost any chocolate covered strawberry is delightful.
