Hallo steemian.
Kali ini saya akan memperkenalkan salah satu kue khas dari ACEH. Katanya kue ini telah di gemari dari ratusan tahun yang lalu dari masa kerajaan ACEH yang di sajikan khusus untuk para Tamu kerajaan. Saat ini kue Thimphan sudah menjadi tradisi yang tidak bisa terlepas dari kue lebaran. Hampir setiap lebaran kue satu ini selalu di selipkan untuk menjamu para tamu yang berkunjung.
Kue ini memiliki rasa manis yang kental dipadu dengan rasa ketan sebagai bahan dasarnya.
Kue ini banyak ragam jenisnya, ada thimphan baloet, thimphan teusuet, thimphan bernee, thimphan boeh ubie, thimphan asoe kaya, thimphan boeh labu dan banyak lagi jenis lainnya tergantung bahan dasarnya apa yg digunakan.
Salah satu yang paking terkenal adalah thimphan asoe kaya.
Siapa saja yang pernah berkunjung ke ACEH pasti pernah mencoba untuk makan salah satu jenis kue ini.
