Today I learned to cook goat curry in Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh, Aceh. I see the process of cooking goat curry was so complicated. Apparently it takes a long experience to produce delicious goat curry.
Spice herbs are also used too much. So I just explained a little here, through the pictures I recorded this afternoon:
Pieces of goat meat are put into the cauldron. Then stir with enough salt.
Stir until the mixture of goat meat with salt together.
Pour the spices that can now be bought in traditional markets in Aceh. Ask for spices for goat curry.
Then stir until spices mix with goat meat.

Then enter the thick coconut milk. Then stir again.
Add some water and acid. Then stir again after the fire in the stove is turned on.
Enter the lemongrass of several stems.
After that just wait for the mature goat curry. Do not forget to check the fireplace, so that the combustion evenly. Remember! Keep stirring the goat curry until it's really ready to serve.
