Do you often forget something? Thanks to the flavonoids contained in blueberries and the omega-3 acids found in the chia seeds, your memory will improve. However, honey will help you fight bacteria and strengthen your heart.

Here's the recipe:

1 serving - 295 kcal

Components:

½ cans of coconut milk light (200ml) - 131 kcal
3 teaspoons of chia seeds (15g) - 64 kcal
A spoon of honey (10g) - 32 kcal
Blueberries (120g) - 68 kcal
Preparation:

Pour coconut milk into a cup / bowl. Add honey and mix.
Add chia seeds, mix the ingredients and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours (it's best to prepare in the evening and leave in the fridge overnight).
After a certain time, remove the pudding from the fridge and wash the blueberries.
Leave a few blueberries to decorate, and blend the rest and pour it into a glass.
Put the chia pudding prepared beforehand on a layer of mixed fruit.
Decorate the dessert with fruit.
