I start this week with my New lifestyle - start workout, eating healthy,no stress and more relax :)
I want to share my Vegan Meal prep for 2 days!
It's really easy to make so Let's start!
Cook your cous-cous - I have 5 Tbsp of cous-cous and add just bit of water
Cook your mushrooms - add them on the pan put some salt on it - dont add any water! - mushrooms are full of water and they start let water go
Cook your stir fry veggies - add them on the pan with 1 Tbsp of oil. Roast it for few minutes and then add a bit of water and steam them for 5 minutes
Roast your sweet potatoes - add 2 potatoes on baking tray. Set your oven for 200°C and put them in and let them cook for 15-20 minutes.
And we are done!
