Hope everybody doing well this week! I had yesterday my meal prep day number #2. And I would say I just cant believe why I didn't do those meal preps before!
BENEFITS OF MEAL PREP:
Well let's show you the recipe :)
INGREDIENTS
METHOD of BEEF STROGANOV
- First cook your rice
- Chopped your red onion and put into the pan
- After 2 minutes add the mushrooms and roast for approx. 5 minutes
- When your onion and mushrooms are done put them away
- Add your beef on a pan a roast it for 6 minutes
- Then add your onion mushroom mix to your beef. Add glass or 2, of water and steam it for at least 45 minutes until meat will be soft.
7.We are done :)
METHOD of CHICKEN BREAST & RICE - really simple!
- Pre-heat your oven for 180 Celsius
- Put your breast chicken on the baking tray and add all spices
- Then put to the tray but use kitchen foil on the top of your tray
- Have them in oven for 20 minutes and after then take kitchen foil off and put oven for 220 Celsius - chicken will be nice & crispy on the top
- Serve with Rice and we are done :)
So that's it guys it was really quick and simple but healthy also.
