To have energy, to be in a good mood or in good health ... It is necessary to bet on the good food! But what should you put on your plate to feel good in your body and in your head?

Hippocrates, father of naturopathy, already saw things like this. To prevent disease and to stimulate its shape, it is necessary to choose the foods that one puts on one's plate and to say "yes" to nutraceuticals or functional foods!

The term "food" is a word suitcase that mixes food and medicine. These foods, aptly named functional foods in Canada, would have a real impact on health and mood. But what are these nutraceuticals (100% natural)?

NB: We are not talking here about industrial nutraceuticals whose health claims are often the result of marketing operations and whose clinical tests proved to be too insufficient for them to be considered as real functional foods by large institutions or by nutritionists.
