20 porsi
500 gr Makaroni Elbow (Saya Pakai Merek San Remo) Direbus Hingga Agak Matang, Kalau tll matang nanti hancur
500 ml Susu Cair Full Cream (Merek Indomilk @250ml)
5 sendok Makan Margarin untuk menumis
3 buah Bawang bombay dicincang halus (ukuran saya ada yang besar&kecil)
5 siung Bawang putih cincang halus juga
5 Lembar Smoke Beef (Saya pakai merek Hanzel) Atau
4 Buah Sosis dipotong Tipis2 (Saya pakai merek Fiesta)
2 Blok Keju (1 Blok Cheddar, diparut 1 Blok Quick Melted, dipotong melebar tipis untuk topping)
1 Kaleng Kornet (Saya beli yang besar, tapi hanya pakai setengah nya)
1 Ons Udang Ukuran kecil (dikupas kulitnya dan cuci bersih)
2 sendok makan Garam (selara)
1 bungkus ladaku (selera)
20 bungkus alumunium cetakan (bisa dibeli dipasar/swalayan)
Langkah-Langkah :
- Panaskan telflon (biar nggak lengket dan kebetulan tlfon saya ukuran besar) dan beri margarine untuk menumis, tumis bawang bombay & putih hingga harum. Setelah agak kecoklatan dan harum masukan kornet agak diurai (biasanya agak meggumpal). Disusul dengan smoke beef/Sosis. Tambahkan Udang.
- Tambahkan Parutan Keju Cheddar perlahan sambil terus ditumis2. Perlahan masukan Makaroni yang sudah direbus perlahan2. Jika Sekiranya telflon tidak muat sisahkan saja.
- Jika agak lengket langsung masukan susu cair 1 kotak dulu sambil terus diaduk2. Masukan Garam dan Lada bertahap sambil tes rasa.
- Tambahkan Makaroni sisa rebusan tadi perlahan dan tambahkan susu cair 1 kotak lagi. Diamkan agar agak mengental (mungkin di resep2 lain menambahkan telur/tepung, tapi setiap kali coba, selalu lupa, tapi ttp enak si rasanya)
- Setelah tes rasa untuk trakhir nya matikan kompor lalu siapkan cetakan alumunium, supaya nggak lengket, lumuri alumunium dengan margarine (tambahan sisa makaroni rebus jika ada di bagian dasar), masukan adonan2 makaroni yang sudah di masak tadi, diberikan toping keju quick melted. karena saya nggak ada oven, jadi saya panggang pake teflon (hasilnya lumayan ^^)
- Sisa schotel yang tadi saya kukus juga karena ada yang suka kukus.
- Sajikan selagi hangat dengan saos sambal

Ingredients

500 gr Makaroni Elbow (I Use Brand San Remo) Boiled Up Somewhat Mature, If tll matured later crushed
500 ml Full Cream Liquid Milk (Brand Indomilk @ 250ml)
5 tablespoons Margarine for sauteing
3 pieces Onions are finely chopped (my size is large & small)
5 cloves Garlic chopped fine too
5 Smoke Beef Sheet (I use the Hanzel brand) Or
4 Sausage Fruit Sliced Thin (I use the Fiesta brand)
2 Blocks of Cheese (1 block of Cheddar, shredded 1 Quick Melted Block, cut thinly for topping)
1 Corned Beef (I bought a big one, but only half wear it)
1 Ounces Shrimps Small size (peeled and washed)
2 tablespoons Salt (selara)
1 pack of my pepper (tastes)
20 packs of aluminum mold (can be purchased at market / supermarket)
Steps:
Heat the telflon (let me not sticky and coincidentally my big size) and give margarine for sauteing, sauteed onions & white until fragrant. After a bit brownish and fragrant, the input of corned cornstarch is slightly parsed (usually a bit meggumpal). Followed by smoke beef / sausage. Add Shrimp.
Add Cheddar Cheese Slowly while continuing to pan-fried. Slowly slowly boiled Macaroni input. If it is not fit telflon just leave it.
If sticky direct input liquid milk 1 box first while continuously stirred. Put salt and pepper gradually while tasting test.
Add the remaining Macaroni stew slowly and add liquid milk 1 box again. Let it be slightly thickened (maybe in other recipes adding eggs / flour, but every time try, always forget, but the taste is good)
After the taste test for trakhir then turn off the stove and then prepare aluminum mold, so it's not sticky, smeared aluminum with margarine (add the remaining macaroni boiled if there is at the bottom), input macaroni batter that has been cooked, given the cheese melted cheese toping. Because I do not have an oven, so I bake with teflon (pretty good ^ ^)
The rest of the schotel that I had steamed also because there are who like steam
Serve while warm with sambal sauce
