1 kg ayam
1kg tepung cakra
1 bks sajiku soda kue
3 putih telur, kocok dengan air secukupnya
royco dan garam secukupnya
cara buat
ayam di cuci bersih lalu beri perasan jeruk nipis.
Campur jadi satu tepung, soda kue, sajiku, royco ,garam, lalu bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian : satu untuk bagian basah dan satu untuk bagian kering
bahan yg basah di uleni dengan kocokan putih telur dan air secukupnya (kira2 dan jangan terlalu encer).
simpan ayam potong di kulkas atau freezer
Bila mau digoreng, balurkan potongan ayam ke bahan basah. Lalu balurkan ke bahan kering.
Cara mengoreng awalnya dengan api besar, lalu setelah ayam masuk dengan api kecil dan tambah maizena 3 sdm
