Korean noodle stir-fry

in #food7 years ago

The Bulgogi whose name translates to “fire meat” from Korean. This dish was the favorite traditional food in Korea. I bought the Beef Bulgogi in Ha-Neul Mart from my previous post of Korean store. It cost P40.00 ($0.77) only. It contain the noodles, vegetable flakes and the sauce pack. Although this is a instant noodle, it will still show the same taste of the real one. I boiled the noodles and drained it. Add sauce and the vegetable flakes. The noodle was totally different from the well known Pancit Canton of Filipinos. The taste of the sauce is like Chopsuey. You can add calamansi for additional taste on it. The smell is the same with the real one.

As the Korean food became famous and seems to be adopted by the Filipinos. Not just that also the Korean movie and Korean T.V series. We already have Korean restaurant here in the Philippines and grocery store. There is a place in Metro Manila that many of Korean live that is in Ortigas Center.

Without the sauce.
