These are all great tips! I've been working on drinking 96oz of water everyday, it's rough! But I feel alot more energized. Skin-wise I think I'm at a state where my body may be detoxing from drinking that amount. I do need to work on eating healthier and such. Your post is the perfect reminder to keep me on track! Thank you for sharing!!
