Another traditional dish that I had the opportunity to taste was the Jerk Chicken, I tasted it for the first time at Court Yard restaurant and it was wet marinated with the traditional Jamaican jerk spice and when I had it on the streets it was dry-rubbed with it. The seasoning was spicy and I could taste the flavor of garlic, salt and pimento. Something that caught my attention was the fact that it was always served in aluminum foil and with bread.
