My First Taste of Indian Food
This is called "Egg paratha" from the Mustafa Cafe in Singapore. I've never had "authentic" Indian food before and I've always been curious but in my hometown in the Philippines, there aren't many options. I've had the Filipino version of chicken curry but I don't believe it's the same when it is cooked Indian-style.
I don't know the name of dip that came with it since I only saw the paratha in the menu. The paratha tasted almost like crepe. The egg was probably mixed when it was half cooked since I saw parts of the egg yolk which was intact. I loved the chewy consistency and texture. I will probably make one after I do research and watch tutorial videos. If there's anyone who is willing to share a recipe, please do so! I would also like to replicate other dishes or street food. Do you have anything in mind?
Both the paratha and dip tasted really good. I found dip a bit spicy hot but it tasted great. I would definitely order it again.

It's very yummy and the smell is so good. I love the spices. the paratha is a bit chewy, I like the texture.
