Today I will show you how to make Russian creamy beetroot salad.
Ingredients :
1 medium beetroot
1/4 of onion
pinch of salt
1 tsp of apple vinegar
pinch of sugar
1 tbsp of sour cream
Directions
Step 1 : Boil your beetroot for 45-60 min ( you can do this the night before)
Step 2 : Grate your beetroot by hand or food processor, squeeze some fresh garlic and add mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 3 : Serve straight away and enjoy!
