I didn't know that refreshing your own post counted as a view. You'd think Steemit would have unique views tracked, but who knows...maybe next update.

The thing that has been the best for me to connect with people has been joining all of the chatrooms. I'm probably in too many now, but it's been a great way to learn more about Steemit and also meet some interesting (and odd) people :P
