These are very practical tips that you have given to all the new comers. I could use some of that advice my self as well because there is always room for improvement. This concept applies to many other things in life and not just Steem. When you approach Steemit in an organic way the results are significantly better. I think it all starts with making friends and applying your time and passion in to the platform because if you think about it time is the most valuable thing we have in this life and if we apply that time in to something, it will most likely become more valuable. So basically, the more time that is invested by people in to the Steem blockchain the more valuable it will become :)
