I haven’t been in the garden much this last week because of all the rain! Good thing I put in wood mulch in all my pathways because I would not be able to walk in my garden without it at this point. There is standing water in the low spots again.

I haven’t grown anything in straw bales before. I am trying it this year simply because they give the plants elevation in my garden. I have been dealing with spring and fall flooding in my garden with increased frequency.
