Yes it does answer the question. . . I believe this careless redistribution scheme will attract a higher percentage of people who are going to also try to game the system to get easy reward instead of contributing to Steem.

Commenting with memes in hopes of earning is not valuable for the platform and careless use of VP by rewarding in this manner is not valuable, as voting for every one of your own comments is not valuable. . .

He doesn't care about providing value to the platform, he cares about his own ROI. . Now that he is called out on his BS he is packing his bags. . Adios!
Glad he is leaving as his sole purpose here was ROI for himself. . .That doesn't help the value of the community. . .You should spend some time investigating the different types of ways people attempt to game the system. . he wasn't attacked, but his scheme was exposed.
