I went for the wedding theme with this image, and not knowing the personal connection with the trucks i opted to get rid of them and focus the image onto the bride and groom.

What i did....
Re framed, extending the sky out to fill 2/3rds of the frame.
Cloned out the trucks/ roads to draw attention to the couple.
Slight colour toning for the shadows and highlights
Dodge and burning
Lifted the blacks using a curve layer to add the magazine look.
And finished it off with a lil bit of selective sharpening on the couple to make them pop.
