Day 2: Challenge Competed 100 reps and Cardio included

Me actually playing back in 2016 taken by my dad @jakesdewet courtesy of him.

Today I played touch Rugby at the local Primary school. We normally play on Astro turf so the games are extremely fast. And you become really tired quickly.

We played for one and a half hours and it was a very good workout. I would classify this as cardiovascular. I would normally do more weight training but as it is early in my cycle I only did 100 reps of chest to ground push ups combined with tricept extensions.

The Workout was 5 sets of 10 push push ups and 5 sets of 10 tri cept curls with 16kg Kettlebell

It's funny American football has more head and neck injuries than rugby. You would think the helmets would help.

oh and another thing..1.5 hours?? that's amazing right there hansdewet! How many people could even do 30 minutes of cardio? You're pretty awesome, and the Keto helps also!

I have played every position in the front row. But I like hooker Nr 2 and have been placed there in the last few years that I played. Too bad about your leg. Yeah we love rugby here.. You should watch rugby at least it helps sometimes!
