Daily Weight In

I don't worry much about the scale, but need to make a habit of weight mylself as soon as I wake up, that is the proper way to do it. Today I work chest, back, and abs with 10 minutes of cardio. Feeling a bit guilty as today I eat a bit of white reach 😟

What is your current weight?

220lbs 6'3". I am doing intermediate fasting and just drinking water. It is working. I hope to be at 190lbs by the end of August or first of September.
