As we age it becomes more important for us to take good care of ourselves. By exercising and and make healthier choices when it comes to what we eat.
The 3 main forms of exercise are
Strength - This important for us to keep our muscles strong and stop them from becoming weak, but it also allows our bones to strengthen and become more dense and less chances of breaking
Cardio - This is important for us to keep blood pressure regulated, our heart and cardiovascular system strong and healthy whilst lessening the chance of stroke and heart attack.
Flexibility - Stretching is how we keep our body from becoming restricted and stuff. Yoga is a great way to get more flexible, this is also really great for improving your internal organs and digestive system
