Already begin the pains in the legs because of yesterday's training .. in advance, usually the strong pains come after 24/48 .. hopefully I can at least sit down ahah! Meanwhile, today the chest training awaits me, this is my favourite day of the week in the gym!
Todays' Diet
Meal 1
- 250g chicken breast
- 250g potatoes
- 30g bread crumbs
- 200g zucchini
Meal 2 / Post-Wo
- eggwhites pancake
- 100g low fat greek yoghurt
- zero kcal chocolate syrup
Meal 3
- 250g chicken breast
- 250g potatoes
- 30g bread crumbs
- 200g zucchini
- 300g spinach
Todays' Workout - Chest
- Incline Dbs press 10-8-4-4-6
- Cable chest press 6 sets of 8/10 reps range
- cable flyes 3 sets of 8/10 reps
- peck-deck 7 sets of 10/12 reps with really low rest between sets
- 20' cardio on inclined tapis roulant

I wish you luck in your journey to getting shredded! Granted I don't even plan on getting shredded,because it messes with my strength, but leaning up, and losing some bodyfat is always a great thing! Lots of luck sent your way!
