WORKOUT PLAN // ROAD TO GAINS

in #fitness7 years ago

Hello steemers,
Im a 18-year-old from Hamburg Germany and I go to the gym for a few years now. I was kind of a lightweight as I started working out at home and later in the local gym. Since then, some thigs changed. I gained a few pounds, had much fun with my workouts and did my A level last year. Now, parallel to my study, I am trying to build as much strength and weight as possible. You can accompany me on my way and maybe learn something by watching me ;) I post my workout routine here for you and Im open for your questions.
More posts and my progress will come soon.

Push and pull is life :D

Nice bodybuilding-style workout! Think about contracting the muscles on every rep and squeeze extra hard on the last rep always. :)
I like that you're doing some rows in this push workout, it keeps everything balanced. and gives you a little breather to get on with the remaining movements.

I will be posting about my workout ideas too!

Let's make this fitness community on Steemit grow :)

Oh yes thank you, I will 💪🏻

Push and Pull is a great split 💪🏼

Hell yeah

Nice! I really like a regular body part split - but that's just me haha!
