I would also add that sauna use is beneficial. Fat loss releases a heavy toxic load into the blood.
L carnatine can also help as its what shunts fatty acids to the mitochondria for oxidation.

I totally agree! I typically sauna for 20-30 minutes at the end of each of my workouts! I've heard a lot about L carnitine, but haven't tried it before. I'll research it a bit more!
Sauna sessions are fantastic! I prefer 20 minutes!
Absolutely! I love going for 40 minutes (but I'm kind of an extreme one when it comes to training!)
