The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.
30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.
My Daily Challenge Completed - 120 reps:
-120 Back Bar Rows (75 pounds)
Daily Assessment: I put on a pair of jeans I haven't worn since before the challenge started and my legs were almost busting out of them. They are semi-fitted in cut, but holy crap my legs have gained some mass because the pants barely fit. This is good because that means I've put on a good amount of muscle, but bad because I just received my second pair of them in the mail to replace my original ones. I loaded up on 1.25 lbs of ground chicken, 2 greek yogurts, 3/4 lb of chia seed cubes, a 27 gram natural protein bar, one serving of a natural protein smoothie, and lots of water.
Feedback from @mightpossibly:
"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
Please see my first post linked below for my motivation, the challenge background, rules, and details for the Steemit Silver Coin prize! It's also got some personal stuff about why I'm doing this, so it could be a good motivator.

I just set up a pull-up bar at home, and i've successfully done 2 pull ups. So 2 pull ups of roughly 200 pounds, that's about 100 reps of something right???!!!
A few years ago I bought one of those for my apt. I did a max of 3 per set. After 2 months, I'd done roughly 2,000 pull-ups and had to stop for baseball season since it gave me a little tendonitis in one of my forearms. I had a log on it somewhere I can't find now, but it was a great experience. Do some every day and you'll be shocked at how your body can respond to the increased demand.
I'll let you know when I hit 2000 reps. don't hold your breath ;)
Wow and I was happy to make 2 SBD over the last few days. Congrats to everyone for doing so well
thankyou for sharing your revenue with us and this post also motivative for us. So I just upvoted and follow you.
I looked at the list with everyone's location and was pleased to see that this group is comprised of people from many countries and many continents. Our own little United Nations.
@steemmatt - I am from the USA
