Yup - pick any exercises of your choice. I just list my 100+ reps for the record here. If you check this post later, or my past posts, you'll see that people do all sorts of stuff. Some even link their routines with time-lapse videos. Dedicated fitness running/walking/spinning for 30 mins also counts as 100 reps since some people may need to rest or are unable to lift weights. Everyone encourages each other and there are some experts who give good advice.
It can't hurt, unless you drop weights on your foot. Knock on wood.
