The Challenge: At least 100 honest reps of exercise every day. No excuses. No bullsh*t. Just actions, positivity, and results. Only post AFTER your reps are done.
If you can't contribute yet, try to eat natural foods and stay well hydrated without the sugar for now.
It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100. You choose what exercises to do.
30 minutes of dedicated brisk walking, running, or SPINNING (new) can count as 100 reps if you're unable to lift or need to rest.
I will award 1 SBD to each person who reaches every 10,000 rep milestone. So far, 4 SBD have been paid out.
My Daily Challenge Completed - 130 reps:
- 50 Bar Squats (75 pounds)
- 50 Straight Back Bar Deadlifts (75 pounds)
- 30 Calf Bar Raises (75 pounds)
My Daily Assessment:
Wondering how we can get more people to see and appreciate these daily posts. Is there anything anyone recommends that I add or remove from these daily posts to make them more appealing or effective?
Feedback from @mightpossibly:
"I find it deeply satisfying to do these reps, which is a big deal. I've always hated the gym and prefer to exercise at home. But I've lacked the discipline to do it. It sort of feels like I have gym buddies now, without the hassle of going to the gym."
Please see my first post linked below for my motivation, the challenge background, rules, and details for the Steemit Silver Coin prize! It's also got some personal stuff about why I'm doing this, so it could be a good motivator.

Start of another short week, unless we count snowboarding as reps =P.
Squat - 10x135, 5x185, 5x205, 5x235, 5x275 - New 5RM!
Russian Twist - 3x13x35#
Bird dogs - 3x30
V-up - 3x15x35#
Glute-Ham Raise - 3x7
Calf Raise - 3x12x275
Total - 261
Snowboarding - why not count it. Have fun!
Challenge Completed - (210 reps)
Leg Day Workout(I work legs 3x/wk):
Deep Barbell Squats - 95 lbs 3x10 - 30 reps
Deep Barbell Squats - 115 lbs 3x10 - 30 reps
TRX Suspended Split Squats - 3x15(each leg) - 90 reps
TRX Suspended Lateral Lunges - 3x10(each leg) - 60 reps
Treadmill Warm-up - 15 minutes
Here are a few screenshots of the TRX Suspended Split Squats(couldn't figure out how to post the video...lol)! It is a great core and leg strengthening exercise but I don't recommend it for beginners (It requires A LOT of balance and leg strength). My foot is placed in the handles so only one foot is on the floor during the entire movement...which is where the core/balance comes into play! It burns like crazy but it tones/sculpts the butt and thighs like nobody's business!! It is also a lot more fun than the same old leg press or squat rack!!
Great job everyone that completed today's reps!!!

Sorry about that @steemmatt , I'm in the middle of a family crisis at the moment. I can't really focus on anything.
Life has been pretty crazy over the last few weeks and everything has come to a head in the last few days. I'm not normally so unorganised.
No worries at all. I was just helping out. Best wishes for you and your family.
Daily Challenge Completed (160 reps)

Did a lot more dumbells than I usually do while watching a great new show....Counterpart. Cheers.
Monday evening Update:
I jogged to and from the gym, so that's somewhere between 10-15 minutes total jog time.
After stretching and warming up at the gym I did
100 sit ups
100 french coils
100 normal coils
100 squats with 35KG
50 shoulder press(I still hate it 😭)
100 bench press
A large number of coils with the 5kg dumbells(lets just assume it was 100 reps; 50 for each arm, I use one dumbell and interchange hands)
30 dead lift with 40KG
And closed with 5 minutes of cycling
This sums up to 680 reps if you exclude the jogging and cycling.
Wow - adding that to your 150 from earlier too. Double workouts are making me look lazzzyy!! Thanks for all the detail. Go get some food.
Hey @steemmat I think there should be a post once every month where we all post pictures of the result of our individual training as a means to motivate each other
good idea :)
