Stop getting up early. Advantages of running in the afternoon

The runnin is an activity that is nothing new, however more and more people who like to practice these disciplines are increasing. While it is true that most would prefer to start the day with a dose of exercise, but if you are one of those people who do not like to get up early or your work does not allow it. Running in the afternoon also brings a number of benefits.

Faster weight loss

By running in the afternoon you burn the calories we have accumulated during the day, which allows you not only to lower your body fat levels, but also to help you stay in shape.

You release tension and stress

It promotes the release of accumulated tensions throughout the day. Going for a run after working all day is a therapy that helps clear the mind and forget the problems.

You sleep better

I agree.. while for me it can be a little hard to get going with food in my stomach, once I get past that I'm fine.

Also I find myself a little worn out during the workday after a doing a morning workout.

It really is not advisable to exercise in the morning since it would imply fasting training. What can result in a decompensation
